Maintenance - Assistant Manager

Responsibility

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance & repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
• Experience in performing regular equipment inspections and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere to safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
• Preparation and adherence of Preventive maintenance plan & Shut down Maintenance plan.
• Preparation and adherence of Power fuel and Repair maintenance cost.
• Responsible for training & development of sub-ordinate & groom them to meet future challengers.
• Involve with team to root cause analysis of breakdown.
• Breakdown / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance / Condition Monitoring.
• Manuals & right Spare part management to reduce breakdown.
