Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures, identify corrective actions, and implement preventative measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to maintenance practices.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) principles and methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems using problem-solving techniques such as failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems, including PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic.
