Handle shift-wise breakdowns of CNC/VMC/HMC machines, ensure availability & zero incidents, execute PM, manage manpower, prepare daily reports, complete pending jobs, identify training needs, control air/oil leaks, ensure 5S, PPE & EHS compliance.
