Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.
  
• Conduct breakdown maintenance to resolve issues with machinery and minimize downtime.
  
• Troubleshoot problems with electrical systems, HVAC units, and other plant operations.
  
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of operation maintenance principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for electrical systems, HVAC units, etc.
  
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
