Mainframes Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and support mainframe applications to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Responsible for analysis, coding, implementation, and maintenance of enhancements in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Design, develop, and deliver mainframe application enhancements.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Ensure adherence to coding, quality, and compliance standards.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and production activities.
• Collaborate with development and support teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of mainframe development/support experience.
• Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2 JCL, CICS, VSAM, and Batch/Online systems.
• Experience with DB2 Stored Procedures (preferred).
• Knowledge of NDM/FTP, OPC/TWS, File Manager, SPUFI, QMF, IDz, and Endevor.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Experience with BMC Remedy or ITSM tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• COBOL, JCL, DB2 CICS, VSAM.
• Online and Batch Processing.
• DevOps and Agile Practices.
