Mainframe Security

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage mainframe systems, including IBM Z Series (ZOS) and RACF environments.
• Provide technical support for various applications running on mainframes, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new software releases for mainframe platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures related to access control, data protection, and system maintenance.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in managing mainframe systems or similar computing environments.
• Strong understanding of IBM's System z architecture and operating systems (e.g., z/OS).
• Experience working with RACF (Resource Area Control Facility) security management tools.
• Familiarity with application development languages such as COBOL or PL/I.
