Mainframe PCM (7+ YRS)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage mainframe systems, including PCM (Performance Control Module), MQ (Message Queue), and troubleshooting.
  
• Develop expertise in Cobol programming language and perform performance tuning on mainframes.
  
• Conduct capacity management activities to optimize system resources for improved efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues related to mainframe operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for mainframe computing environments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Mainframes, JCL, Troubleshooting, MQ, Tuning & Optimization.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of PCM (Performance Control Module), Message Queue (MQ), Capacity Management concepts.
  
• Proficiency in Cobol programming language with experience in Performance Tuning.
