About this role
Hiring: Mainframe Developer – Assembler
Location: Any Location
Experience: 10-20 Years
Notice Period: Up to 90 Days
We are looking for a highly experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in Assembler Programming to support and enhance critical enterprise applications running on IBM Mainframe environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of legacy systems, performance optimization, and large-scale production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe applications using Assembler
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of Mainframe applications
Work on system performance tuning and optimization of Assembler programs
Develop and maintain batch and online processing systems
Support production environments and resolve critical incidents
Conduct impact analysis and participate in system modernization initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders
Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards
