Role & responsibilities

Position: Mainframe Developer
Experience: 2-3 Years
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai (Hybrid/Onsite)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 30 Days Preferred

• Develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementation of application enhancements.
• Support batch and online processing environments.
• Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Assist in application deployment and production release activities.
