Mainframe Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex COBOL programs for mainframe systems using CICS and VSAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data processing, and system performance on mainframes.
• Develop technical documentation for code changes, bug fixes, and new features.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in mainframe development with expertise in COBOL programming language.
• Strong understanding of DBMS (CICS) concepts and ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in developing JCL jobs for batch processing on mainframes.
