About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy COBOL programs for mainframe systems using IMS DC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop complex data processing applications using JCL (Job Control Language) on IBM Mainframes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data integrity, and system performance.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in mainframe development with expertise in COBOL programming language.
- Strong understanding of IMS DC (Integrated Management System - Data Center) concepts and implementation methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing JCL jobs for batch processing on IBM Mainframes.
