Preferred Technical And Professional Experience IBM OMEGAMON or IBM Z Monitoring certifications. Experience with IBM Z Monitoring Suite, IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM), and IBM NetView. Knowledge of IBM Z AIOps, Watson AIOps, or similar AIOps platforms. Experience integrating monitoring data with Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, or enterprise analytics tools. Familiarity with System Automation for z/OS (SA z/OS) and automation frameworks. Knowledge of z/OSMF, Parallel Sysplex, and IBM Z infrastructure. Experience with REXX, JCL, and automation scripting. Understanding of CICS, Db2, 'MS, MQ, and enterprise storage performance monitoring. Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Event Management processes. Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical enterprise production environments. Ability to mentor team members and contribute to monitoring strategy and continuous service improvement initiatives. Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code) Vulnerability management Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
