Mail & Messaging Administrator

Role & responsibilities

- He /She should be responsible for Mail & Messaging Support task, including but not limited to installation , setup/Configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, diagnostic maintenance of Messging Server Components

- Installation and administration of Mail & Messaging solution

Handling Mail routing operation of Mail & Messaging Services

- Customer support

- Production Support

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be MCA/M. Tech/B. Tech/B.E. with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Will be working from office in shifts across 24*7
• Must have experience in HCL/Lotus Domino Administration & additional knowledge of Dominos scripting.
• Knowledge on SMTP Server configuration & Messaging Firewall. 
• Must have experience on ITIL process & handling Incident,change & Problem management.
• Knowledge on HCL Notes & HCL Domino concepts/configurations.
• Knowledge on Sametime and Traveler concepts/configurations.
• Knowledge on HCL Portal , HCL Connections and WebSphere.
• Knowledge on Mail Routing Topology.
• Knowledge on IBM HTTP server and IBM DB2 & HTML CSS
