Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Bengaluru, Noida, Pune, Chennai & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and high-performance Magento solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, best practices, coding standards, and system integration approaches.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and ensure adherence to security guidelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of Magento/PHP developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Integrate Magento with third-party services, ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee and contribute to upgrades, migration, and maintenance of Magento platforms.
• Provide architectural inputs for Drupal and Pimcore integrations when applicable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues and production incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in eCommerce and PHP ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in PHP-based web application development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Magento 2 (including module development, theming, and customization).
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with Magento architecture patterns, scalability, caching, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, and microservices integrations.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver large-scale eCommerce projects.
• Strong understanding of deployment processes (CI/CD), Git, and DevOps best practices.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience in Drupal CMS, module customization, and integration.
• Experience with Pimcore for PIM/DAM or content management workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence for project tracking.
• Magento or PHP certifications (Adobe Certified Expert ? Magento Commerce, etc.).

Opex :
