Magenta EV Solutions - Strategy & Program Manager

About the Role:

Need highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Program Manager to deliver high-complexity, data-driven business programs.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, building operating models from the ground up, and translating strategy into measurable execution. You will work across multiple business requirements and own programs end-to-end - from problem definition and business case development to operating model design, implementation, performance management, and scaling.

The role will involve working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable processes, improve program economics, establish quality frameworks, and create high-performing teams.

What You Will Do:

1. Program Ownership:

- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent business programs across different workstreams.

- Translate business objectives into clear program plans, milestones, KPIs and execution roadmaps.

- Drive program performance against SLA, quality, productivity, cost and turnaround-time benchmarks.

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive corrective actions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.

2. Strategy & Business Analytics:

- Break down complex business problems into structured, data-driven analyses.

- Build business cases and assess program-level profitability and unit economics.

- Develop dashboards and performance metrics to track program health and identify opportunities.

- Conduct root-cause analysis and convert insights into actionable interventions.

- Evaluate different operating and commercial models and recommend appropriate approaches based on data.

- Support leadership in strategic decision-making through rigorous analysis and clear communication.

3. Operating Model Design:

- Design and implement scalable operating models for new and existing programs.

- Define workflows, SOPs, governance mechanisms, and escalation systems.

- Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Build operating models that can scale with business growth without proportionate increases in cost or complexity.

4. Team Building & Leadership:

- Build and develop specialist teams required to execute business programs.

- Define team structures, roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor team members and develop future program leaders.

5. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and other functions to deliver program objectives.

- Present business insights, program performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Manage stakeholders with differing priorities and drive alignment toward common outcomes.

- Communicate complex analyses and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

What We Are Looking For they must have:

- 8 - 10 years of experience, preferably across high-growth startups, consulting, business operations, strategy, or program management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of business economics, metrics and data-driven decision making.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes.

- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools; experience with SQL/BI tools would be an advantage.
