About this role
Hi-Tech Audio & Image LLP is looking for a highly motivated MADRIX Programmer / Application Engineer to join our Professional Lighting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MADRIX and lighting network protocols, along with the ability to commission, troubleshoot, and optimize lighting control solutions for architectural and entertainment projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative lighting projects while collaborating with customers, consultants, system integrators, and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities • Configure, program, commission, and optimize MADRIX-based lighting control systems. • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities. • Perform system diagnostics, testing, fault identification, and troubleshooting. • Prepare and maintain Technical Service Reports (TSR). • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. • Provide technical support post-installation activities. • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Requirements • Hands-on experience with " MADRIX" software. • Strong knowledge of DMX512, Art-Net, and sACN protocols. • Experience with architectural façade lighting, media façade, or LED pixel lighting systems. • Ability to independently manage site activities and supervise technicians. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent reporting and communication abilities. • Willingness to travel for project execution and commissioning across India.
Preferred Qualifications • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Event Technology, or a related field.
