Role & responsibilities

• Machining Process & Tool Illustration Development
• Tool Details: NX CAD, Teamcenter, AutoCAD
• Collect all necessary input from program teams to create process sheets
• Create station wise process sheets and upload program share points
• Create Cutting Design for manufacturing with necessary details
• Deliver engineering drawings with 100% quality as per checklist
• Review with program Manufacturing Engineers and reliease

Domain Skills Required

• Machining Process
• Cutting Tools Knowledge
• GD & T and its funcationality
• Available 2D Tool drawings, 3D Fixture, Adapter plate, machine models.
• Classify all the 2D and 3D data in Teamcenter library
• Receive Inputs from counterparts.
• Assembly Part / Fixture/ Tooling
• Create cut sections as per designed views.
• Provide manufacturing GD&T detailing in drawings.
