Recruitment HR / Recruiter CNC Machining

### Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment HR / Recruiter** with strong exposure to hiring for the **CNC machining and engineering manufacturing industry**. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and shop-floor talent for manufacturing operations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for CNC machining and engineering manufacturing positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, LinkedIn and other channels.

* Hire for **CNC Machine Operators, CNC Programmers, VMC/HMC Operators, Turn Mill Operators, Machinists, Supervisors and other technical roles**.

* Understand technical requirements related to **CNC machining, precision engineering and manufacturing processes**.

* Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiations and joining.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled manufacturing candidates.

* Coordinate with plant/production teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.

### Mandatory Experience

* **2–5 years of relevant recruitment experience** in the **CNC machining / engineering manufacturing / precision engineering industry**.

* Prior experience in hiring for **motor, rotor, shaft or similar machined-component manufacturing** will be highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of **CNC machining manpower and technical profiles**.

* Experience in **shop-floor / blue-collar / technical recruitment** is essential.

* Good sourcing, screening, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

**Note:** Candidates from general HR/recruitment backgrounds without **CNC machining / engineering manufacturing recruitment exposure** will not be considered.
