Machine Shop Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Oversee CNC machine operation, including programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
  
• Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean work environment.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the machine shop.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-18 years of experience in managing CNC machines in a machine shop setting.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, including turning, milling, grinding, etc.
  
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
