Machine Shop Operator Kothur, Hyderabad

**Position: Machine Shop Operator**

**Location: Kothur, Hyderabad**

**Experience:** Relevant experience in CNC/VTL/Turn Mill machining operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate CNC/VTL/Turn Mill/HMC machines as per production requirements.

* Read engineering drawings and understand machining parameters.

* Perform tool setting, offsets, inspection and basic machine troubleshooting.

* Understand and work with **G-Code & M-Code**.

* Ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Relevant experience in **CNC Turning, VTL Turn Mill, CNC-VTL, HMC or HBM** operations.

* **FANUC software/control exposure – Mandatory.**

* Candidates with **Siemens exposure may also be considered**, as training can be provided.

* Good understanding of G-Code/M-Code.

* **Diploma / B.Tech preferred; 10th pass candidates may also be considered for Hyderabad.**

* Relevant hands-on machine operating experience.

**Candidates with software exposure other than FANUC/Siemens should not be considered.**
