Machine Shop Operator Aurangabad

**Position: Machine Shop Operator**

**Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra**

**Experience:** Relevant experience in CNC/VTL/Turn Mill machining operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate and set CNC/VTL/Turn Mill machines as per production requirements.

* Read and understand engineering drawings and machining parameters.

* Should have good understanding of **G-Code & M-Code**.

* Perform tool setting, offsets, inspection and basic troubleshooting.

* Maintain quality, productivity and safety standards.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

* **23 years experience on DMG Mori machines – Mandatory.**

* Experience on **FANUC control/software – Mandatory.**

* Diploma / B.Tech qualification preferred.

* Relevant machine exposure such as **VTL Turn Mill, CNC Turning, CNC-VTL, HMC or HBM**.

* Candidate should be **outside the 100 km radius of Aurangabad**, as per company hiring criteria.

* Good knowledge of G-Code/M-Code.

**Candidates not meeting the above mandatory criteria should not be considered.
