- Manage daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee CNC programming, VMC operations, and machining processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to achieve optimal results.
- Implement rejection control measures to reduce waste and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Plan shifts efficiently, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in a machine shop environment with expertise in CNC programming, VMC operation, machining process knowledge.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Automobile Engineering.
- Strong understanding of OEE calculation principles for optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
