Machine Shop Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to machinery operation and maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  
• Program CNC machines (VMC ,HMC,VTL,Grinding ) for various machining operations.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain machine shop equipment and processes to ensure efficient production.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in a machine shop environment with expertise in CNC programming (VMC & HMC).
  
• Proficiency in machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, etc., with knowledge of precision machining techniques.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
