Machine Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales support to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing machines at their premises.
  
• Conduct breakdown maintenance on hydraulic systems, electrical equipment, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Perform field service work to resolve issues related to machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  
• Offer technical assistance through phone calls or site visits for resolving customer queries about machine operation and maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement solutions.
