Machine operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments under supervision.
• Monitor machine operation and maintain required production output.
• Check product dimensions and quality as per given specifications.
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine care.
• Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, 5S, and company procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and work area cleanliness.
• Support the production and maintenance team as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read basic drawings/instructions.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good discipline, attendance, and learning attitude.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
