Machine Operator Fresher Job Description

Position: Machine Operator – Fresher
Location: Sharjah / Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines as per company safety and operating procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance.
• Follow production schedules and maintain required production targets.
• Ensure product quality as per defined standards.
• Follow all workplace safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain basic production and machine-related records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth production operations.

Candidate Requirements

• 10th, 12th, or ITI qualified candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of machines and production processes.
• Willingness to work in shifts and extended working hours as required.
• Good discipline, learning attitude, and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• In-hand Salary: AED 916/- for 10th, 12th & ITI freshers.
• 12-hour working day, including 4 hours OT in the salary calculation.
• 2-year initial employment contract.
