1) Machine Maintenance Engineer Injection Moulding

Job Summary

Kumar Elastomech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Machine Maintenance Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in plastic injection moulding machine maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.

Monitor machine performance and minimise downtime.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with Production for breakdown resolution.

Maintain maintenance records, checklists and machine history.

Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Manage maintenance spares and consumables.

Support machine installation, commissioning and trials.

Ensure safety, quality and 5S compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

ITI/Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

2-5 years of experience in machine maintenance.

Experience with plastic injection moulding machines preferred.

Good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

2)Mould Maintenance Engineer- Injection Moulding

Job Summary
Kumar Elastomech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mould Maintenance Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in plastic injection mould maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
• Plan and execute mould maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mould-related defects and breakdowns.
• Handle mould dismantling, assembly, fitting and trials.
• Maintain mould components such as inserts, sliders, ejectors and guide systems.
• Coordinate with Production and Tool Room for mould issues.
• Analyse recurring mould problems and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain mould history and maintenance records.
• Monitor mould condition and ensure production readiness.
• Ensure safety, quality and 5S compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in mould maintenance.
• Knowledge of plastic injection moulding.
• Hands-on experience in mould troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Automotive plastic injection moulding experience preferred.
