Machine Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct breakdown analysis to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process, recommending changes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in machine maintenance engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in breakdown analysis, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Experience working in an industrial setting with exposure to heavy machinery operations.
