Shift: Open to 24×7 Weekly Rotational Shifts

Must-Have Skills

1. LLM Inference: vLLM, TGI, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, KV Cache.
2. RAG & Agentic AI: RAG, LangGraph/LlamaIndex, embeddings, tool calling.
3. ML Engineering: Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LoRA/QLoRA, quantization.
4. AI Infrastructure: GPU, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux.
5. Observability: LangSmith, Langfuse, W&B, Prometheus, Grafana.
6. Shift: Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
