Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3-6 years of industry experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems. This role combines hands-on ML engineering, backend development, LLM integration, and production-grade infrastructure work. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-impact machine learning features.

Requirements:

• Built production-grade voice bots.
• Worked on conversational AI systems and infrastructure around it.
• Experience with speech/voice pipelines.
• Strong product development experience.

Engineers should have experience building AI systems involving:

• OCR.
• AI document intelligence.
• Enterprise automation.
• Workflow automation systems.
• Large-scale document processing and classification.
• Healthcare document workflows are a strong plus.
