Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who can move ideas from experimentation to production. This role sits at the intersection of data, algorithms, and engineering — translating business problems into scalable ML solutions that actually work in real-world environments. You won’t just build models. You’ll design systems that learn, adapt, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Translate business problems into structured ML solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets at scale.
• Develop data pipelines for training, validation, and monitoring.
• Improve model performance through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Implement model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deploy production-ready systems.
• Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and model reliability.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with advancements in ML, AI, and emerging frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on ML experience.
• Experience working with production ML systems.
• Knowledge of NLP / Computer Vision (if role-specific).
• Familiarity with model monitoring tools.
