Machine Learning Engineer – Agentic Ai & AI Automation

Experience: 4–6+ Years Location: Remote Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation to build scalable AI solutions for enterprise automation. The role involves developing production-grade AI systems for document intelligence, RAG, AI agents, and business process automation. Key Responsibilities Build AI agents and LLM-powered automation workflows. Develop RAG pipelines and document intelligence solutions. Process PDFs, emails, and unstructured data using OCR and LLMs. Design prompts, reasoning workflows, and evaluation pipelines. Build backend APIs using Python and FastAPI. Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and reliability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions. Required Skills 4+ years of Software/ML Engineering experience. Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or CrewAI. Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate). Experience with FastAPI, OCR, and document processing. Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. Preferred Experience in Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, or enterprise automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently deliver production-ready AI systems
