Machine Assembly Manager

• 1015+ years of experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, or industrial equipment production.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing assembly operations.

• Proficiency in GD & T
• Machine inspection as per IS standards
• Machine calibration
• Hands on experience on machine testing equipment
• Parts inspection and inspection equipment like CMM, hardness measurement, surface coating thickness, heat treatment
• Machine tool cutting trials
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, welding, machining
• Hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication circuit and elements in the system
• PLC software and electrical wiring diagram reading
• Application engineering, cutting tools, fixture design
• Vendor development
• Mentoring and assembly team development
• Inventory & Stores Management
• Technical Documentation & SOP Development
• Safety Management & 5S Implementation
• Strong Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
