M365 Copilot Success Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced M365 Copilot Success Manager to join our team at Merck Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft 365 solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.


• Develop and maintain documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions and processes.


• Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications and features.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.


• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 usage.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.


• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or Python is desirable.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
