Role Summary:
Design, scale, and govern enterprise-scale M365 environments. Lead migrations, automation, and security management across Microsoft 365 workloads. Provide tier-3 escalation support and mentor junior administrators.
What Youll Do:
- Design, scale, and maintain enterprise-scale M365 ecosystems
- Establish governance models for SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Purview
- Lead complex tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid Exchange/Teams deployments
- Develop advanced PowerShell scripts and Graph API solutions for automation
- Serve as Tier-3 escalation support and mentor junior administrators
- Drive adoption and management of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online (Hybrid mail flow), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Phone/Calling Plans
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, eDiscovery, and Data Lifecycle Management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Protection, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Intune (MDM/MAM)
- Advanced skills in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate
