Job Description

Join Indias largest tyre manufacturing R&D team and be part of a technically driven environment focused on tyre technology, rubber compounds, materials, product development, and innovation. The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with experienced R&D professionals on the development, evaluation, and improvement of rubber compounds and tyre products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
• Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
• Assist in tyre material and product development projects.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
• Support troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.

Qualification

• M.Tech / M.E. in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering
• Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
• Strong fundamentals in rubber technology, polymer science, and material characterization preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
