About this role
This role is responsible for ensuringoperational excellence in medical and scrutiny processes, managing TPArelationships, and driving automation initiatives. The role focuses oncompliance, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a seamlesspre-issuance experience.
Key Focus Areas:
Operational KPI Management
o Ensuredaily operational KPIs are met, including medical completion TAT, scrutiny, andpendency management.
o Monitorperformance dashboards and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination
o Coordinate withinternal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for TPA and scrutiny-relatedqueries and clarifications.
o Maintaineffective communication channels for timely resolution.
TPA Exception Handling & Escalations
o Monitor TPAexceptions and handle high-value escalations.
o Ensure timelyresolution and maintain service quality standards.
Process Optimization & Automation
o Identifyprocess bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to automate andstreamline scrutiny and TPA workflows.
o Collaboratewith technology teams for implementation.
TPA Performance Monitoring
o Track andreview TPA performance against defined SLAs and TAT.
o Share periodicperformance reports with stakeholders.
TPA Empanelment & Governance
o Handleempanelment, mystery shopping, and periodic renewal of TPA partners.
o Ensurecompliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Assisted PIVV & Welcome Calling
o Trackefficiency of Assisted PIVV and Welcome calling processes.
o Ensureadherence to quality and compliance standards.
Commercial& Billing Management
o Monitorcommercial terms, validate billing, and reconcile invoices.
o Ensure accuracyand adherence to fin ancial governance.
EscalationManagement
o Manageescalations related to medical and scrutiny processes.
o Implementpreventive measures to reduce recurrence.
Assisted PIVV& Welcome Calling
o Trackefficiency of Assisted PIVV and Welcome calling processes.
o Ensureadherence to quality and compliance standards
Qualifications & Competencies:
Graduate/Postgraduate with atleast 6-8 years relevant experience in Medical & ScrutinyManagement from Life or Health Industry
Excellentcommunication & stakeholder management skills
