- Develop and execute IT strategies, plans, and roadmaps to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
- Lead IT due diligence processes during M&A activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in M&A IT Strategy/ Due Diligence roles.
- Strong understanding of IT strategy development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proven track record in leading IT due diligence processes during M&As or similar projects.
