About the Role

ITRH Clothings is looking for a Luxury Fashion Sales Consultant to deliver a premium customer experience, build strong client relationships, and drive high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and in-store interactions.

* Understand client requirements and provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations.

* Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Build and maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers.

* Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

* Assist customers with product selection, sizing, customization, and order queries.

* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

* 1–4 years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, designer wear, or high-value sales.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

* Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused.

* Passion for fashion and luxury retail.

* Experience handling high-value/VIP clients is preferred.
