Luxury BD and Partnerships manager

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Luxury Management, Events, or a related field.

• 510 years of experience in business development, partnerships, luxury hospitality, weddings, events,

luxury retail, premium gifting, or a related industry.

• Prior experience working with wedding planners, luxury hotels, premium venues, event agencies, or

wedding clients would be highly preferred.

• Strong existing network within the premium wedding ecosystem will be a significant advantage.

• Proven ability to build new client relationships and convert them into revenue.

• Comfortable with outbound business development, networking, relationship-building, and high-value sales.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to engage confidently with wedding planners, hotel leadership teams, affluent families, and senior

stakeholders.
