Job Title

Regulatory Solutions Officer

Purpose of Role

The Regulatory Solutions Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality regulatory compliance services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring regulatory obligations are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements. The role provides technical support to client service teams while developing specialist regulatory expertise and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Scope

Supports the Luxembourg Regulatory Solutions business.

• Manages a portfolio of regulatory compliance matters.
• Works closely with Client Services, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams.
• Supports the timely and accurate delivery of regulatory services to clients

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day regulatory compliance matters for a portfolio of clients.

• Prepare regulatory filings, client communications and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver regulatory services accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Support the resolution of regulatory queries and technical matters.
• Maintain accurate client records and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements, AML obligations and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and apply changes to client activities where required.
• Escalate complex regulatory issues as appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practice within the Regulatory Solutions team.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and continuous professional development.

Attributes/

Technical Skills

Essential:

• Good knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements, including FATCA, CRS, UBO, DAC6/MDR, AML and GDPR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Client-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and regulatory reporting systems.
• Fluent in English; French or German is essential, with the other language considered an advantage.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and fund structures.
• Experience using regulatory reporting or governance systems.
• Understanding of international regulatory frameworks.

Relevant Experience

Essential:

• 13 years' experience in regulatory compliance, corporate services, legal, tax or financial services within Luxembourg.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance activities and client communications.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

• Experience within a corporate services, fiduciary or financial services environment.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.

Education and Professional Qualification

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Tax, Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Desirable:

• Relevant professional qualification or training in Compliance, Governance, Risk or AML.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
