- Drive the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, goal setting, appraisal cycles, and review frameworks across business units.

Succession Planning:

- Design, execute, and govern robust succession planning models to identify high-potentials, assess bench strength, and build future-ready leadership pipelines.

IDP & Check-in Governance:

- Establish guidelines, oversight, and periodic governance for Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and continuous performance check-ins to track progress and ensure accountability.

Talent Reviews & Support:

- Support and facilitate talent reviews with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leveraging key talent metrics, risk assessments, and talent health dashboards to drive decision-making.

Career Path Management & Progressions:

- Define clear career pathways, progression frameworks, and promotion guidelines aligned with organizational growth.

Internal Mobility & Talent Deployment:

- Enable seamless internal mobility programs to facilitate talent cross-leveraging across business divisions and geography.

Grading & Banding Governance:

- Establish and maintain governance over job grading, job evaluation structures, and compensation banding across corporate and plant functions.

Talent Policies & Process Ownership:

- Formulate, standardize, and govern enterprise-wide talent policies and guidelines to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with industry practices.
