1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and execution for corporate and leadership hiring requirements.

2. Workforce Planning:

- Drive workforce planning and manpower budgeting in partnership with business leaders to ensure optimal talent availability.

3. Employer Branding:

- Build strong employer branding initiatives and talent pipelines through campuses, industry networks, consultants, and digital platforms.

4. HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with business leaders as an HRBP to align people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.

5. Performance Management:

- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning.

6. Talent Development:

- Facilitate talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and critical talent retention programs.

7. Capability Building:

- Identify organizational capability gaps and partner with L&D teams to drive capability-building interventions.

8. Employee Engagement:

- Lead employee engagement, culture-building, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

9. Employee Relations:

- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and support business leaders in people decision-making processes.

10. HR Analytics:

- Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, attrition, productivity, and talent insights to enable data-driven decisions.

11. Diversity and Inclusion:

- Drive diversity, inclusion, and talent transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
