Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Position: Lube oil system design & Development & process and cost saving improvements

Designation: Deputy Manager

Department: Order Engineering

Formal education: BE - Mechanical

Professional experience: 8 to 12 Years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Engineering Support for Lube Oil Systems

• Design Non-API Lube Oil Systems in accordance with customer specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Material (BOMs) for Lube Oil Systems and release them in SAP for procurement activities.
• Prepare and submit all required Lube Oil System documentation for customer review and approval.
• Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving engineering-related issues as required.
• Support in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Digitalization Projects, Cost Optimization and Standardization Activities

Defined competencies:

• Knowledge of manufacturing process like lube oil system, pump..
• Knowledge of Product like Pump & accessories.
• Knowledge of Lube Oil System
• Exposure to standards like API, ASME codes, DIN, ASTM etc
• Exposure to Excel, Word, Power Point applications
