Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and license allocation.
• Apply least-privilege access principles and maintain access governance.
• Support Airtable workspaces, interfaces, forms, automations, and integrations.
• Assess and triage new Airtable use cases, including data classification, PII, AI usage, integrations, external users, and ownership.
• Route requests through appropriate governance processes (Security, Privacy, EA, iRisk, etc.).
• Perform periodic license reviews, inactive user cleanup, and workspace governance checks.
• Monitor platform adoption, utilization, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide L1/L2 platform support, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, audit records, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with Airtable vendor support and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

• Governance, Security, and Compliance Awareness
• SSO, SCIM, RBAC, Identity Management
• Experience with Low-Code platforms (Appian, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Pega, Workato, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred

1. ITIL Foundation Certification
2. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
3. Exposure to AI governance and enterprise architecture processes
