Job Description

We are looking for skilled LTE/5G Protocol Stack Engineers with hands-on experience in Baseband development, Layer 1 (L1), Layer 2 (L2), MAC, RLC, PDCP, Cloud RAN, Docker, Kubernetes, and IODT testing. The candidate will be responsible for protocol validation, feature testing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of LTE/5G Radio Access Network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on LTE/5G Baseband protocol stack development and testing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot L1/L2 protocol issues.
• Validate MAC, RLC, and PDCP functionalities.
• Perform IODT (Inter-Operability Development Testing) and protocol testing.
• Execute feature, regression, and performance testing.
• Work with Cloud RAN architecture and virtualized network functions.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Analyze logs, traces, and network performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams for issue resolution.
