Loyalty Consultant

As a Senior Loyalty Consultant, expectations are as follows :

• Develop, design and help implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention across clients

• Develop & help implement Trade Schemes, distribution programs for clients

• Proven experience in loyalty marketing or a related field

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

• Experience in selling loyalty / CRM systems or similar marketing tools

• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

• Proven experience in managing digital loyalty programs

• Develop and refine customer journey maps for each brand to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for enhanced engagement, personalized communication and friction reduction.

• Stay abreast of the latest CRM, loyalty, and customer experience technologies and trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of customer retention & loyalty strategies

• Experience in designing and executing loyalty programs

• Good understanding of customer data, segmentation & analytics

• Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with sales & marketing teams

• Leadership / team handling experience (for senior role)

• MBA (preferred)
