Lounge Manager

Role: Lounge Manager
Location: ISBT Delhi

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day lounge operations and ensure smooth functioning during operating hours
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, seating availability, and overall upkeep of the lounge
- Supervise lounge executives and ground staff, including shift planning and attendance
- Handle customer complaints and on-ground escalations professionally
- Ensure lounge rules, policies, and service standards are followed
- Prevent unauthorized access and ensure orderly customer entry
- Coordinate with operations, security, housekeeping, and vendors
- Monitor basic lounge supplies and control day-to-day expenses
- Maintain daily operational records and share updates with the central team
- Support smooth customer handling during peak hours and bus delays

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, lounge, hotel, airport ground staff, or customer operations

- Strong communication and people management skills (Mandate)
- Ability to handle pressure during high footfall situations
