We're looking for recent graduates who build with AI as their default way of working, and who don't call something done until it's fully tested and working.

Anyone can generate code with AI. Few can take it all the way to a finished, reliable product. In agentic systems, that difference is everything.

Who we're looking for

• A degree in Engineering or Computer Science, completed between 2024 and 2026
• AI-first in practice: you use open-source AI tools for professional development and deployment
• A proven record of completing projects end to end, not just starting them
• Strong testing discipline: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, plus the habit of verifying AI-generated code before you trust it
• Curiosity about agents: tool use, multi-step workflows, evaluation, and what makes them fail
• Ownership: you find the edge cases, fix what breaks, and ship something that works

Share a project you finished: a repo, a live app, or an agent you built. We want to see the tests, not just the demo.
