Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure that all assets should move through system ATF/ADF within 24 hrs from requestion date.

2. To ensure that FA GIT should be closed within 3 working days .

3. Write off note and assets physical verification within 15 days of properly key handover.

4. FA audit to be conducted and concluded as per schedule.

5. PO raised from region will be closed within 30 Days from the date of PO creation.

6. To ensure CWIP status ageing should not cross more than 30 days & interact with project, IT,VM team to close GRN in time.

7. Write off note for Store Closure & Provision for impairment of assets in refit.

[A] Ensure Source Tagging Reconciliation at stores to be completed with Nil Variance. Adherence to SOP at all stages .

Store should declare RF Tag phy Vs Sys qty before 30th of respective month.

[B] Ensure DPLM /Lot Sale pull out from stores are matching with the correct RMS itemcodes, no Invalids & Damages stocks should be sent in the DPLM/Lot Sale.

C . NonTrade procurement to be correct and on time , there should not be excess non trade items in the stores.

D. Closed stores SOH to be Nil within 10 days of closure , for any store code change ensure proper email gone to corporate for activation and incase of change in Franchaisee ensure end to end activity are closed on time.

E. Ensure timely communication of Stock Audit shrinkage to the respective Franchisee Owner after every stock audit. Validate and reconcile the shrinkage figures, obtain franchisee acknowledgement, and ensure timely recovery of the shrinkage amount as per the company's recovery policy.

1. To work closely with the concerned stake holders for mitigation, Prevention and detection of thefts and pilferages.

2. Store Internal Audits score must be above 92% across all the stores.

3. Investigates sources of identified losses, recommend & implement corrective action.

3. Check with Competitor and adopt best practice to strengthen internal control on process.

4. Review of Store Inventory Check list/ CSA Check List should be 95% on monthly basis.

5. E&Y task need to review and approved within the limeline.
